The VPOD/SSP is a Swiss trade union for employees in the public service; it was founded in 1905 and adopted the current name in 1924. The VPOD/SSP has about 35,000 members and is part of the SGB/USS federation of trade unions.
The current logo shows a white wave-like design, over the abbreviations in two languages in lower-case letters; the flag is red with the logo [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12].
